Can I submit my own ad design?

Yes! You can upload your own PNG file or request us to create a custom design for you at no extra charge.

What areas do you mail to?

We currently service Marion Oaks, FL, but we’re expanding. Fill out the form to express interest in your area.

When will my ad be mailed?

We send out the postcards once all ad spots are filled. You'll be notified of the estimated mail-out date upon reserving your spot.

Design & Print Orders

What format should I submit my design in?

Please submit your artwork in PNG format. For best results, make sure it’s high resolution (300 dpi).

Can you design my ad or business card for me?

Absolutely! Just email us your logo, business info, and any preferences — we’ll handle the rest and send you a proof to approve.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes, we always send a digital proof for approval before we move forward with printing.

Payments & Policies

When do I need to pay?

Full payment is required at the time of placing your order.

What happens after I place my order?

If you submitted your design, we’ll review it and confirm it fits the format. If we’re designing for you, we’ll send a proof within 2–3 business days.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are only available if no design work or printing has started.
