Shipping Methods:

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and type of order.

Shipping Information

Estimated Shipping Times:
  • Standard shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Expedited shipping: Available upon request (additional charges may apply)

Processing & Production Time:

Each product has its own production timeline. Please refer to our Turnaround Times page for specifics.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your package’s journey using the carrier’s tracking page.

Custom Printed Products:

Due to the nature of custom print products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There’s a production defect

  • The order does not match your approved design proof

Design fees are non-refundable once the initial design proof has been delivered. We are happy to make revisions to any design.

Returns & Refunds

How to Request a Replacement:

If there’s an issue, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email info@printspotexpress.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief explanation

We’ll review your request and resolve it promptly.
